pulsz Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "the Agreement" or "these Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "your") and pulsz (hereinafter "pulsz", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sportsbook platform accessible at https://pulsz.bio and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and API endpoints.

By accessing the pulsz website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or using any feature of the Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

pulsz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pulsz will display a notice on the Platform and update the effective date shown at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms always supersedes all prior versions.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with pulsz's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between pulsz and each Player.

Access to and use of the pulsz Platform is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements. You must satisfy ALL of the following conditions to register and maintain an active pulsz account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. pulsz employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law at the time of placing any wager. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons under legal guardianship or lacking mental capacity to contract may not register.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended pulsz account. Each individual person is permitted exactly one account. Corporate entities, automated bots, and syndicated account operations are prohibited.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or voluntary exclusion agreement on the pulsz Platform or any affiliated platform operated by pulsz.

pulsz employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures that may require you to submit government-issued photographic identification (such as a National Identity Card, Passport, or Driving Licence), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by pulsz may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until documentation is received and verified.

To access the full range of features offered by pulsz, including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate.

Account Credentials

Upon registration, you will create a unique username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. pulsz strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your username, password, or 2FA codes with any third party under any circumstances. pulsz will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pulsz immediately at support@pulsz.bio and change your password without delay. pulsz will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Account Accuracy and Updates

You are obligated to keep your account information accurate and up to date. If your personal details change — including your mobile number, email address, or residential address — you must update your account profile promptly. pulsz may be unable to process withdrawals or communicate important account notices if your details are out of date, and pulsz accepts no liability for losses arising in such circumstances.

Account Verification

pulsz reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time. Standard verification is conducted prior to processing a player's first withdrawal and may also be triggered by unusual account activity, large transaction volumes, or as part of routine compliance checks. Verification documents must be submitted through the official pulsz account portal. Documents sent via unsolicited email or third-party channels will not be accepted.

All financial transactions on pulsz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pulsz supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your pulsz account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount is ৳500,000, subject to the limits imposed by your chosen payment provider. pulsz does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which pulsz bears no responsibility.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your pulsz account, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This same-source withdrawal policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect players from fraudulent redirection of funds. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of approval for bKash and Nagad, and within one to three business hours for bank transfer methods.

pulsz reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request exceeding ৳50,000. During such verification, the withdrawal will remain in a pending status. Players are advised to ensure their KYC documentation is fully up to date to avoid delays.

Player Fund Protection

pulsz maintains player account balances in accounts segregated from the Platform's operational funds. This segregation means that player funds are protected and not used for Platform operating expenses. In the event of a business disruption, player balances remain identifiable and recoverable as a separate asset class.

pulsz offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh's cultural calendar (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and Independence Day promotions). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a player account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered — expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x the bonus value) — before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, contribution rates, and expiry deadline are all specified in the individual promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse

pulsz employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using related accounts; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements; using third-party software to systematically identify low-risk wagering patterns for bonus clearance; and any other conduct that pulsz reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional offers in bad faith. Where bonus abuse is detected, pulsz reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend the relevant accounts, and recover any funds that were withdrawn prior to detection.

Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

pulsz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is discontinued, any bonus funds already credited to player accounts and subject to active wagering requirements will continue to be governed by the terms applicable at the time the bonus was credited, unless pulsz determines that the promotion was launched in error, in which case pulsz reserves the right to void and reverse all related bonus transactions.

pulsz offers a diverse game catalogue spanning RNG casino slots, live dealer table games, crash games, sportsbook betting, and card games including Teen Patti and Andar Bahar. Each game category and individual game title is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or on the relevant game information page on the Platform.

RNG Certification

All RNG-based casino games available on pulsz — including slots, virtual table games, and crash games such as Limbo — use random number generators that have been independently tested and certified for statistical fairness and unpredictability. The outcome of every game round is determined solely by the certified RNG and is not influenced by previous outcomes, player identity, account balance, or any external factor. pulsz does not interfere with game outcomes.

Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games available on pulsz are operated by internationally recognised studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. These studios operate under their own licensing frameworks and publish their own dealing procedures and game rules. pulsz presents these games as a distribution partner and does not control the studio operations. Disputes arising from live dealer game outcomes should be directed to support@pulsz.bio, and pulsz will liaise with the relevant studio provider on the player's behalf.

Sportsbook Betting

Sportsbook markets offered on pulsz, including BPL cricket, IPL, ICC tournaments, T20 World Cup, international football, and kabaddi, are governed by pulsz's sportsbook rules. Odds are published at pulsz's discretion and may be withdrawn or amended at any time prior to the relevant event commencing. pulsz reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, or to settle bets at corrected odds where a manifest error can be demonstrated. All settled bets are final once marked as settled in the Platform's bet history, except where a genuine technical or settlement error is subsequently identified and verified.

Malfunctions

In the event of a game or platform malfunction, all affected wagers may be declared void at pulsz's discretion and stakes returned to the relevant player accounts. pulsz accepts no liability for losses resulting from a game, server, or connectivity malfunction that falls outside pulsz's direct operational control, including third-party network issues, player device failures, or power interruptions on the player's side.

As a registered player on pulsz, you agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose — lawful personal entertainment — and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pulsz Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Prohibited Actions

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through any proxy, agent, or nominee arrangement.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent compliance request.
• Using the Platform to launder funds derived from illegal activity, or depositing funds originating from criminal enterprise of any kind.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any programmatic means to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting errors, loopholes, technical glitches, or software vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and subject to recovery.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed specifically to exploit bonus terms in bad faith rather than for genuine entertainment purposes.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology to disguise your true geographic location or to circumvent geographic restrictions applied by the Platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pulsz staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other players' accounts, the Platform's backend systems, or any data not intended for your access.

Either pulsz or the Player may initiate account closure at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. A closed account may not be reopened without pulsz's express written consent, and in cases of closure due to rule violations, reopening will generally be refused.

Closure by the Player

Players who wish to close their pulsz account may do so by submitting a written request to support@pulsz.bio from the email address registered to the account. Players requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons (i.e., concerns about problem gambling) will be processed under pulsz's self-exclusion procedure, which carries additional protections including a mandatory cooling-off period and restrictions on reopening. Players wishing to self-exclude should explicitly state this in their closure request. Any withdrawable real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the registered payment method following successful completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Suspension or Closure by pulsz

pulsz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, pulsz's Privacy Policy, or Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, payment fraud, or money laundering — accounts will remain suspended during the investigation period.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe specified by pulsz.
• Discovery that the registered player is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute filed by the player against a pulsz deposit transaction.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or directive from a competent authority requiring pulsz to restrict the account.
• Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months, in which case the account may be closed and the balance transferred to a dormant account reserve, subject to applicable law.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, your right to access and use the pulsz Platform ceases immediately. Any pending bonus funds, free spin awards, or promotional credits are forfeited upon closure. Legitimate real-money balances not derived from unresolved bonus obligations will be returned to the player in accordance with pulsz's standard withdrawal procedures, subject to successful identity verification. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and anti-fraud cooperation — shall continue to apply following account closure.
